【快閃店:2023/8/1-2024/7/3】- Senior Sales
RESPONSIBILITIES 職責(zé):
1. To provide an inspirational shopping experience, maximizing every sale and supporting the Store Management Team in the efficient running of the store. 提供令人鼓舞的店鋪銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn),最大化每天的銷售額,支持店鋪的日常運(yùn)營(yíng)
2. To give the highest standard of inspired customer service at all times.持續(xù)性的為客戶提供高品質(zhì)的服務(wù)
3. To understand the customer and develop the sale by selecting an appropriate range of options for the customer, providing good product knowledge, overcoming objections and offering appropriate additional items (link selling).了解客戶需求并選擇適合客戶的銷售方式來(lái)推介產(chǎn)品。具備良好的產(chǎn)品知識(shí)、克服障礙并能提供有效的附加推銷
4. To understand and effectively follow all point of sale procedures eg Sales, Pre-sell, Deposit, Exchange, Refund, VAT procedures, Customer Compliance, Till procedures (cash handling, credit, acceptance of cheques, exchanges) etc.知曉并正確有效地執(zhí)行銷售所有流程,比如:銷售,預(yù)售,定金,退款、換貨、增值稅、客人投訴、支付方式,備用金等
5. To retrieve customer data to build a data base of customer base收集顧客數(shù)據(jù)并建立數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)
6. To strive to meet individual sales targets and be aware of store sales targets.知曉店鋪銷售目標(biāo),并努力達(dá)成個(gè)人及店鋪銷售目標(biāo)
7. To replenish merchandise ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained at all times.及時(shí)補(bǔ)充商品以確保店鋪的正常運(yùn)作
8. To participate in stocktaking as required and to ensure accurate counting of stock.參與店鋪盤點(diǎn)并確保店鋪貨品數(shù)量準(zhǔn)確
9. Assisting with delivery of stock, if required協(xié)助店鋪貨物送遞
10. Assist and maintain VM standard, to provide a clean and inspired shopping environment to customers. 協(xié)助和維護(hù)VM標(biāo)準(zhǔn),為客戶提供一個(gè)干凈、充滿靈感的購(gòu)物環(huán)境。
11. Possess a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures and consistently follow and enforce company guidelines on operations; 對(duì)公司的政策和程序有透徹的了解,并始終遵守和執(zhí)行公司的運(yùn)營(yíng)方針
12. To actively participate in staff training sessions
