Job Title: Administration Assistant (Allocated at Reception)Report to: Administration Team LeaderDirect reports: N/A Mission:To provide efficient and professional administrative support and the highest standard of service to staffs.Major responsibilities:Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Take responsibility of receptionist, such as telephone answering and visitor management.Provide administrative support to staffs, including business card printing, stationery ordering, office printer machine and other facilities , lunch coupon delivering and so on.Lead outsourced vendor of security guards and janitors to create a safe and clean working environment in Shanghai office building.Fill in the payments in SAP data base in time and make sure payment date not overdue.Take responsibility for management of fixed assets, including but not limited to monitor new assets booking, transferring and scrap process in Fixed Assets database to ensure all assets are under effective control and support for yearly fixed assets check.Implement and coordinate on company and department level activities to ensure event and function's efficiency.Complete other ad hoc task assigned by ADM Team Leader.Candidate profile: Education College degreeExperience1 years related working experienceKnowledge: Skill: Good PC skillsGood communication skillLanguage Good English skill both in written and speaking Attributes Customer focusProactive and teamworkSelf-organizedBehaviors UrgencyEfficiencyPatientGood at time managementBe able to handle multi-task situation and can work independently.
