理工類全職博士后稅前兩年34—48萬(wàn)元，管理類全職博士后稅前兩年30—44萬(wàn)元；另外，獲選博士后創(chuàng)新計(jì)劃者，還將享受60萬(wàn)/兩年的科研和生活補(bǔ)貼，獲選福建省海峽博士后項(xiàng)目資助（a類），還將享受50萬(wàn)/兩年的科研和生活補(bǔ)貼。以上收入含保險(xiǎn)租貼（學(xué)校負(fù)責(zé)辦理社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)，提供60平方米以內(nèi)的宿舍，須按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)交納房租；若校內(nèi)暫無(wú)合適房源，允許自租，學(xué)校給予稅前2400元/月的租貼）；
